Here you can find all your begun and submitted requests. By clicking the status box of each request, you can view all details of the selected request. Requests that are filled either incompletely, incorrectly or with false data, will either be rejected, or be send back to you for revision.

|The request has been begun by you, but not submitted yet. Until you submit your request, it will neither get processed, nor is it visible to case handlers.

|The request has been submitted and is currently being processed. As soon as your request has been processed, the status of your request will change accordingly.

|Your request has been accepted by the Student Service Center (SSZ) and your requested changes have been recorded.

===What needs to be considered when putting in a new request?===
Depending on the type of request, certain verification documents may need to be uploaded as proof. When requesting a change of nationality, a change of surname, birth name or additional name, and/or a change of first name and/or gender designation, you need to upload documents verifying the requested changes. If you do not upload all necessary verification documents, your request will either be rejected or send back for revision.

When requesting a change of department to be eligible to vote in, no additional documents are required.

====Change of department to be eligible to vote====
When requesting a change of department to be eligible to vote, no additional documents need to be uploaded. Instead, please enter the desired faculty as a "Comment for request". The review of your request and the subsequent change of department (if the request is accepted) is done by the SSZ.
