On this page, you will find a glossary of terms used in examination management in ZEuS.

Status of lectures or exams

In ZEuS, you can encounter several different status of lectures, exams and modules within your curriculum. In the following, each status is explained shortly.

Status EN German abbreviation Explanation Used in/for
Bookmarked VG You bookmarked a lecture/exam so it appears in your class schedule. You are NOT in any way registered for it. The faculty can not see your bookmarked lectures/exams. Lectures, exams
Waiting list WL You are on the waiting list of the lecture. You are not allowed to participate, unless your status changes to "admitted". Lectures
Registered AN You are registered for the course. You are not allowed to participate, unless your status changes to "admitted". Lectures
Admitted ZU You are successfully admitted to the lecture or exam and are allowed to participate. Lectures, exams
Conditional admission ZUV You are registered for the course, but with conditions (e.g. another exam has to be taken first). Please refer to your faculty if you are not sure about the conditions. You are allowed to participate. Lectures, exams
Admission request is being processed ZUB Your admission is being processed. You are allowed to participate, once you status changes to "admitted". Exams?
Not admitted NZ/NZU You are not admitted to the lecture/exam and are not allowed to participate. Lectures, exams
Declined AB Your registration has been declined. You are not allowed to participate. Lectures
