New area for additional qualifications (ADILT and more) in ZEuS

From ZEuS-Wiki english

< ZEuS - our portal for students

In the ZEuS area "additional qualifications (ADILT and more)", all students can, at a glance, view options for additional qualifications they can complete alongside their study programmes. This area not only contains the certificate programmes ADILT and qualification N, but also other additional qualification options that the university's departments, institutions and facilities offer to all students. Visiting students (e.g. Erasmus+) also see this overview in ZEuS.

For students who have completed relevant work in past semesters, the corresponding area in ZEuS shows this work as well. In the case of ADILT, relevant work can be credited towards both ADILT and the respective study programme. Work completed in the winter semester 2022/2023 is already included in the ZEuS overview. Bit by bit, work from the summer semester 2022 and all previous semesters, is being added as well.

On this page, you will find information about new developments in the ZEuS area "additional qualifications (ADILT and more)".

The area contains different options for certificate programmes; so far these include the "Advanced Data and Information Literacy Track (ADILT) and "qualification N - Sustainability Certificate".

The Advanced Data and Information Literacy Track (ADILT) is a cross-disciplinary programme on data and information literacy that students at the University of Konstanz can complete alongside their study programmes. ADILT offers students the opportunity to earn a corresponding certificate documenting their transferable skills in the field of data and information processing by completing relevant courses offered as part of a study programme as well as courses in transferable skills. You can find more information about the programme at uni.kn/adilt.

Students can also complete the "qualification N - Sustainability Certificate" at the University of Konstanz. In line with the idea of "learning - doing - networking", students in the programme examine complex societal challenges like climate change, limited resources, social injustice and an economic system in crisis. Along with attending theoretical training in university seminars, students implement concrete practical projects and establish their own network of contacts. You can find more information about the programme at uni.kn/qualifikation-n.

Both certificate programmes are optional for students. Once you have completed the entire programme, you will receive a corresponding certificate. If you choose to complete only individual components of the programme, you will see them in the new area under "further qualifications".

You will find information about the programmes, courses that can be credited as well as contact persons on the corresponding web pages:
