Job offer status and actions

Introduction

You can change the status of your job offer as you create, edit and publish it in the job portal. Each status comes with its own set of actions that differs from the others.

You can view the status of your job offer in several places throughout ZEuS:

• The Information tab, which is included in every tab of a job offer, contains a table with the status of your offer.
• Your company profile provides information about your current amount of job offers with a particular status.
• Alternatively, you can also use the Job offers tab in your company profile to view a table listing all of your job offers. This box also includes information about their status.

The following overview shows the actions that are available for job offers with different statuses.

Depending on the status of your job offer, the functions you have access to will vary. The following table shows which actions are available for which status.
